Il Gelatoio is the modern reinterpretation of the traditional well-cooled counter that allows excellent ice preservation and the possibility to simultaneously manage 3 different temperatures (Gelatoio 8/ 2 temperatures for Gelatoio 4).
It is available in version "4" with 4 cylinders of 7.5 liters each or in version "8" with 8 cylinders of 7.5 liters each.
